Had a wonderful time giving a guest lecture at Brown University — an Ivy League research university in Providence, RI.
The class was entitled User Interfaces & User Experiences and is part of their Computer Science program. (Topics covered included navigation systems and interaction design paradigms).
I got to meet some incredibly talented students and faculty members. A campus tour was followed by a roundtable discussion with a variety of different majors, leading to some engaging conversation.
Not to mention there’s just a cool vibe — and admittedly, a bit nostalgia — from being on a college campus back east in early autumn :)
