As someone the that heads-up our Mindfulness Community of Practice here at Riot Games, I was incredibly excited to have Chade-Meng Tan come visit our HQ. 

He gave a talk about the foundational principles behind the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (see the book by the same name, which addresses his time at Google.) His continued work is inspirational on many levels.
